  If you find a reliable web host you don’t need it to be based in singapore. I live in Egypt and I have a website that’s hosted at IX-WebHosting .. It’s a great company, I actually chose it because it was ranked #1 on websites that offer webhosts comparison. Customer support there is amazing as well.
