  In order to start your own company for hosting you must start somewhere. Most companies offer a discount for affiliates and once you have enough clients, you can consider collocating a server in a datacenter. One company that offer reseller pricing in HostMySite. You would receive 30% off of normal priced hosting plans. You could then charge your clients whatever you like, and you could keep the profit. Once you have enough clients, you could move up.   Try using a “reseller” hosting service. I would stay away from goDaddy since they control all of the prices and billing. I run a small reseller service on http://K-Disk.net. Prices start at 10.00 per month
